Every HYF Golf Bag and leather item comes with a five-year warranty, which is active from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials or workmanship.
HYF Golf is committed to making your experience truly delightful. On top of our five-year warranty cover, you can also experience our outstanding in-house after-sales service whereby a member of the HYF Golf team will be available to guide you through any repair queries or care advice regarding your bag.

When cleaning the exterior of HYF Golf bag jacket, use a mild, pH-balanced leather cleaner suitable for Italian leather. Apply a small amount to a soft, damp cloth and wipe the sofa's surface in a gentle, circular motion. Please take care to choose an appropriate cleaning fluid so as not to discolor the bag jacket exterior. Strong detergents or abrasive products are not recommended. Pre-testing on a small area is recommended before using any cleaning products on the entire surface of the suitcase.

Storing your HYF BAGS
As with all bags, HYF bags cases are best stored in a cool, well-ventilated place. You should not store your HYF bag where it could be exposed to direct sunlight, high temperatures or damp. Doing so may affect the shape and/or the paint finish. Please ensure that the bag is not crammed into a space where deformation may occur and keep away from any objects made of plastic or vinyl that could deform at high temperatures. Doing so may cause damage to your bag as such objects could break down when exposed to heat and adhere to your bag.
